Lamppost Theatre is a Collective under ACP.
Written and directed by Heids MacDonald, follows a nurse who, while working in a women's prison, is assigned to care for an inmate dying of cancer. The play follows their unfolding relationship as the inmate approaches the end of her life. This one-act drama walks a tight rope of reality and metaphor, past and present as the two characters wrestle with questions of belonging and the meaning of grace.
